It’s Ok not to be Ok

To me, understanding is recognition of our thoughts, and being in harmony with my inner self, acceptance is the greatest challenge we face as a human being today. To show ourselves, we are in a constant rat race – yet to prove what we are really uncertain about, that everyone is hustling, but why they are not aware of it.

Once material possession is attained, the urge to be satisfied is still unfulfilled because we are still baffling about it. We are seeking satisfaction through materialistic enjoyment.

Why do we breed this continual longing?

In all the wrong things, aren’t we seeking happiness?

Why are we even looking for it?

Why can’t we understand that all the time, we can’t be happy?

Why is it so hard to vet the subjects are not in our hands and we can’t do anything about it, but just accept and face it?

We must be able to take each step gracefully. Failure-success / Joy-sorrow

There are going to be days that are going to be our best, and then some are not going to be so nice, and some are going to be much worse than we would have dreamed of.

In these times, why is a limitation normal or average, why can’t we be happy with ordinary and easy things in life? Why are we still taught to be good in life or accomplish something?

How to face defeat and embrace it with grace is something we are not prepared for.

Learning from such mistakes and letting go of the past is what is most needed.

In what we do and do it with honesty and fairness, our purpose/intention should be to give our best in the effort and then be patient and calm, not accentuating the effect.

When we do good and set pure intentions, there can be a few delays, but nothing will stop you from achieving our target.

What we need to be adamant about is whatever our accomplishment is, no outsider will benefit from it, whether it is an accomplishment or learning that we will profit from.

So doing something with/attention from others is really not really benefiting us.

With the lessons/accomplishments, we move through in our journey of life, we all have to carve our course.

In life, all of us play a major part, all of us in our power are the values and attitudes of one who might really reshape us, and we have no control over external scenarios/beings.

It’s okay to lose, it’s okay to reject what’s not okay is to give up and then keep going regardless of how many times we’ve faced devastation. In our path, keeping a mindful mindset will bring you along.
